Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage claims inventory, track trends, and adjust resources as needed
  • Analyze data and assess business needs to provide solutions
  • Manage and coach staff performance, ensuring compliance with claims processing guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of health insurance claims experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of insurance operations and shared services
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio
  • Operating knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or AGILE preferred
