• 3+ years of technical experience in operations, data analysis, or consulting within healthcare
• 2+ years of experience using SQL to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• 3+ years of experience cooperatively developing project plans with stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience designing and improving workflows, procedures, and tooling
• Experience managing complicated business challenges and communicating effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
