Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate identification, analysis, and resolution of claims processing accuracy incidents
Track claims processing accuracy metrics and guide implementation of improvements following agile methodology
Provide market research on conditions impacting operational efficiency and strategize for process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5 years of related experience in claims processing, data analysis, and business process analysis
Experience with functional/technical debugging
Expertise in similar roles for more than one prior client
