Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for resolution of provider claims issues and analyze systems for effective resolution
• Collaborate with various teams to address provider claim inquiries and ensure excellent customer service
• Adjudicate or readjudicate high volumes of claims and manage defect reduction efforts

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role related to claims or customer service
• Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
