Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims-On the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for resolution of provider claims issues and collaborate with operational areas to facilitate resolution
• Respond to incoming calls from providers regarding claims inquiries and document all interactions
• Adjudicate or readjudicate high volumes of claims in a timely manner while meeting quality and production standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role in a claims or customer service setting
• Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
• Research and data analysis skills
• Time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
