Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for resolution of provider claims issues and collaborate with operational areas for resolution
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding claims, ensuring excellent customer service and documentation of interactions
• Adjudicate or readjudicate high volumes of claims while managing defect reduction and supporting claims department initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role within claims or customer service, preferably in a managed care organization
• Research and data analysis skills
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
