Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims-On The Phone (Remote)-Closing Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the resolution of provider claims issues and collaborate with operational areas to facilitate resolution
• Respond to incoming calls from providers regarding claims inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and documentation of interactions
• Adjudicate or readjudicate high volumes of claims in a timely manner while meeting quality and production standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role within claims or customer service, preferably in a managed care organization
• Research and data analysis skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
