Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Support resolution of provider claims issues and collaborate with operational areas for effective resolution
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding claims, ensuring excellent customer service and documentation of interactions
• Adjudicate high volumes of claims and manage defect reduction by identifying claims error issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role related to claims or customer service
• Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
• Research and data analysis skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
