Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator for Provider Claims on the phone during the closing shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support resolution of provider claims issues and analyze systems for accurate claims processing
• Respond to incoming provider calls regarding claims inquiries and document all interactions
• Research and adjudicate high volumes of claims while collaborating with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role related to claims or customer service
• Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience
