Claims Adjudicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims for the closing shift, primarily handling phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for resolution of provider claims issues and analyze systems for effective resolution
• Respond to incoming calls from providers regarding claims inquiries and document all interactions
• Research claims tracers, adjustments, and manage defect reduction by identifying claims error issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role in claims or customer service settings
• Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Customer service experience is essential
