Job Summary

Claims Adjudicator provides full-time support for provider claims adjudication activities, including resolving claim issues and collaborating with various teams to ensure appropriate claim resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support resolution of provider claims issues and analyze systems for effective collaboration
  • Respond to incoming provider calls regarding claims inquiries and document all interactions
  • Adjudicate or readjudicate high volumes of claims while meeting quality and production standards
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role within claims or customer service settings
  • Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
