Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Claims Resolution Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair injury settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct liability investigations and make decisions regarding claims
• Identify injured parties and assess risk potential on claim files
• Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process and provide feedback on the overall claims process

Required qualifications

• Must reside in the Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or Pacific (PST) time zone
• Early career professionals are encouraged to apply
• Experience in claims handling or related field preferred
• Familiarity with negotiation processes and customer service best practices
• Ability to utilize innovative platforms and tools for claims management
