Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster to manage and process claims related to tire operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process claims accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to guidelines and quality standards
  • Handle inquiries from customers and repair facilities, documenting detailed information for each claim
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and repair facilities, ensuring no complaints are received
Required Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of service agreements and claims guidelines
  • Ability to process a minimum of 55 calls per day and maintain high quality assurance scores
  • Experience in handling claims inquiries and documenting detailed information
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record
  • Willingness to seek additional work when assigned tasks are completed
