Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate bodily injury claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements with third parties, unrepresented claimants, and medical providers
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and brokers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to claims

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in claims handling, specifically personal automobile claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
