Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in specialty areas
• Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough investigations
• Negotiate settlements and interact with various parties involved in the claims process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required
• Prior experience in specialty claims area or ability to handle unique claims issues
• Must be appropriately licensed or able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
