Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Adjuster will facilitate service events for customers, accurately process claims, and assist with necessary documentation to resolve losses.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer support by answering calls promptly and courteously
  • Verify contract information and accurately enter new claims into the system based on client-specific terms
  • Review documentation supporting claims and issue coverage denials or schedule servicers as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and claim procedures; Adjuster's License preferred
  • Experience with office communication systems, including phones and email
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
