Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Adjuster will facilitate service events for customers, accurately process claims, and assist with necessary documentation to resolve losses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support by answering calls promptly and courteously
- Verify contract information and accurately enter new claims into the system based on client-specific terms
- Review documentation supporting claims and issue coverage denials or schedule servicers as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting, and claim procedures; Adjuster's License preferred
- Experience with office communication systems, including phones and email
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
