Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Claims Resolution Adjuster will investigate liability claims, support claimants through the vehicle restoration process, and collaborate with Casualty Adjusters to ensure effective claims management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of casualty claims, identifying injured parties and assessing risk potential
• Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process, providing guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with Casualty Adjusters to manage the claims process effectively

Required qualifications

• Must reside in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zone
• Experience in claims investigation or a related field
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage determination
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Empathy and strong customer service skills to support claimants effectively
