Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Claims Resolution Adjuster will investigate liability claims, support claimants through the vehicle restoration process, and negotiate settlements while ensuring a compassionate and efficient claims experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of casualty claims and determine coverage based on policy interpretation
• Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process and provide feedback on the overall claims experience
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a smooth claims process

Required qualifications

• Experience in claims handling or a related field
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage
• Ability to negotiate settlements effectively
