Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of household-goods and personal-effects claims, the full-time remote Personal Effects Claims Specialist will conduct investigations, analyze coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing compassionate customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of claims related to the transit or storage of household goods and personal effects
• Review and interpret policy forms to determine coverage and liability
• Assess the value of lost or damaged items and negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster preferred
• Experience in P&C, Inland Marine, or Household Goods/Moving claims preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to manage high-volume claims effectively
• Adjuster license(s) or willingness to obtain
