Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely from home, the full-time Claims Resolution Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct liability investigations and make decisions regarding claims
• Identify injured parties beyond those listed at the First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
• Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process and provide feedback on the auto claims process

Required qualifications

• Must reside in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones
• Experience in claims resolution or a related field is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate through various channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages
• Proficiency in using innovative platforms and tools for negotiation processes
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
