Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Proactively investigating and adjusting claims, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster I will ensure claims are processed within authority limits and in accordance with standard procedures while maintaining accurate audit records.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and perform adjustments of claims, ensuring compliance with procedures and authority limits
• Update claims audit records by entering and verifying data
• Analyze data and trends to provide claims audit information and reports

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of claims experience with a complete understanding of relevant systems, policies, and procedures
• Ability to analyze information gathered from investigations
• Experience in providing positive customer service
• Willingness to attend training sessions to improve claims adjustment knowledge
