Job Summary

Providing support for claims adjustment activities, the full-time Claims Adjuster will administer claims payments, maintain claim records, and counsel claimants on coverage and benefits while ensuring timely settlement of claims.

Key responsibilities
  • Research claims tracers, adjustments, and resubmissions
  • Adjudicate or readjudicate claims in a timely manner to meet quality and production standards
  • Assist in identifying claims error issues and communicate potential solutions to leadership
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical role in a claims or customer service setting, preferably in managed care
  • Proficiency in data entry and research skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
