Investigating automobile accidents involving bodily injury, the fully remote Claims Resolution Adjuster II will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct liability investigations and make ultimate decisions regarding claims
- Identify injured parties beyond those listed at First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved
Required qualifications
- Experience in claims resolution or a related field
- Knowledge of automobile insurance policies and liability assessment
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for communication and negotiation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
