Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Claims Resolution Adjuster I will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct liability investigations and make decisions on claims
• Identify injured parties and assess risk potential on claim files
• Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process and provide feedback on the Auto process

Required qualifications

• Early career professional with a background in claims or related field
• Experience in customer service and effective communication
• Familiarity with negotiation processes and settlement practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
