Job Summary
To support a growing claims management team, the fully remote Claims Adjuster - AL Licensed will apply claims management experience to analyze, resolve, and document Auto Liability and Property Damage claims while providing exceptional customer service to clients and claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions for resolution
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
