Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster - Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigates, evaluates, and settles insurance claims, determining policy coverage and compensation
Works with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to review pet medical histories
Updates Explanation of Benefits (EOB), processes payments, and closes claims

Required Qualifications:

1 year relevant experience in a veterinary clinic
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Flexible availability as the department operates 24/7
