Job Summary
Processing inbound claims contacts remotely, the full-time Claims Adjuster II will manage communications from dealers, repair facilities, and customers while handling various requests and assisting in claim estimation tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Process claims queue contacts from dealers, repair facilities, and sales agents via email and chat channels
- Handle requests from managers and lead adjusters, and correspond with vendors during the claim adjudication process
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including assisting in claim estimation or cost comparison
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced automotive, insurance, or claims environment
- Working knowledge of the service contract, insurance, or automotive industry
- Proficiency in a claims or automotive type setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive training or experience preferred
- Mechanical certifications (ASE) are a plus
