A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and perform highly complex adjustments of claims, ensuring compliance with authority limits and standard procedures
• Assist in training new adjusters and developing less experienced staff while identifying problems or trends in claims adjustments
• Handle customer service calls as needed to meet corporate goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7 years of claims experience with a complete understanding of all systems, policies, and procedures
• Ability to analyze information gathered from investigations
• Experience in mentoring and guiding less experienced staff
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
