Claims Adjuster III

Job Summary

Proactively investigating and adjusting highly complex claims, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster III will ensure claims are handled within authority limits and standard procedures while serving as a resource for training and mentoring lower-level adjusters.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust complex claims, ensuring compliance with authority limits and guidelines
• Assist in training new adjusters and developing the skills of Adjusters I and II
• Handle customer service calls as needed to meet corporate goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 7 years of claims experience with a comprehensive understanding of systems, policies, and procedures
• Ability to analyze information from investigations
• Experience in identifying problems or trends related to claims adjustments
• Capability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands
