Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Claims Adjuster III, the successful candidate will manage declaratory judgment claims, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and corporate policies while developing litigation strategies and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and document declaratory judgment claims efficiently while adhering to statutory guidelines
• Analyze coverage issues and make informed decisions based on policy language and applicable laws
• Develop and enforce litigation management strategies, collaborating with other adjusters and resources to evaluate claims

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in handling litigated claims, particularly in long tail claims
• Strong background in asbestos, pollution, health hazard, or sexual abuse claims
• In-depth knowledge of liability policy language and coverage interpretation
• Juris Doctor degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently in a remote environment
