Claims Adjuster - Illinois Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster - Associate who will investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims related to pet health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and review a pet's medical history in collaboration with veterinary hospitals and policyholders
• Investigate and process assigned insurance claims, verifying coverage and compensation amounts
• Update Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pay, and close claims

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic
• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• Must have and maintain an Adjusters license or obtain one within 90 days of hire
• Only United States residents will be considered for this role
