Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster Lead to manage complex claims and mentor junior adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, negotiating settlements with involved parties
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently while coaching and mentoring lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjusters' licenses in applicable states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
