Claims Adjuster - Licensed

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster - Licensed, the fully remote position will investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic automobile accidents, applying analytical thinking to determine coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims within the limit of authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies understanding of insurance policies to handle investigations regarding auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims, if applicable
• Identifies customer needs and utilizes customer service skills to address those needs effectively

Required Qualifications

• Active insurance license required, with the ability to terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding
• Strong foundation in policy coverage and investigations
• Experience handling policy denials, cancellations, and Uninsured Motorist waivers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage escalated issues
• Familiarity with identifying vehicle body parts and potential property damage
