Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to manage claims and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely resolutions
  • Document claim activities efficiently, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
  • Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses)
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices
  • Experience with claims and business software
