Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to manage claims and ensure effective resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolution strategies
• Communicate extensively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective resolutions
• Document claim activities promptly and maintain compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI and reciprocals, or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
