Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and managing claims, the full-time Claims Adjuster - Missouri Licensed will execute decision-making for Fast Track Auto non-injury claims in a fully remote capacity, ensuring effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' license preferred; must obtain Home State license within 60 days if not currently licensed
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
