Claims Adjuster - Ohio Licensed

Job Summary

Investigating and processing insurance claims, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster - Ohio Licensed will evaluate pet medical histories, determine policy coverage, and settle claims while collaborating with veterinary hospitals and policyholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and review pet medical histories to establish health baselines
• Investigate and process assigned insurance claims, verifying coverage and compensation amounts
• Update Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pay, and close claims

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic
• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience, or Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• Must have and maintain an Adjusters license or obtain one within 90 days of hire
• Only United States residents will be considered for this role
