Claims Adjuster (Professional Liability)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claim Specialist who will manage and settle moderately complex claims in specialty areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle claims in Professional Liability with D&O and A&E
• Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough investigations
• Negotiate settlements and prepare necessary documentation for client and carrier approval

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience required
• Prior experience in applicable specialty claims area
• Must be willing to obtain necessary adjusters' licenses as required
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
