Claims Adjuster Trainee

Job Summary

Offering a structured training program, the full-time remote Claims Adjuster Trainee will learn to investigate claims, evaluate coverage and liability, and manage customer communications while progressing towards a Complex Adjuster role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality claims experience by managing claims with professionalism and empathy
• Verify coverage and assist in determining liability for various accident scenarios under guidance
• Obtain detailed accident statements to develop clear liability perspectives and maintain contact with all involved parties

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to secure an adjuster insurance license within 90 days of the start date
• Successful history of time management and customer-facing communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
• Strong decision-making capabilities and a willingness to engage in continuous learning
