Experienced claims professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Senior Claims Adjuster with License, responsible for managing and resolving complex Auto and General Liability claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
