Key Responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation and resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant jurisdictions (must acquire within specified timeframe)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
