Job Summary

To support a growing claims management team, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster with State License will analyze and resolve complex commercial claims, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial claims, particularly those involving litigation and significant injuries
• Interact extensively with clients and other parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the overall outcome of the claims file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience, with a focus on litigation and bodily injury claims
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
