Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster for Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from initiation to closure
  • Provide excellent customer service to agents and customers while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Identify claim mitigation opportunities and negotiate settlements for favorable outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience required
  • Experience in claims management in OR or NV required; CA experience preferred
  • Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in claim adjudication and medical management
