Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster for Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims from initiation to closure
- Provide excellent customer service to agents and customers while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Identify claim mitigation opportunities and negotiate settlements for favorable outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims experience required
- Experience in claims management in OR or NV required; CA experience preferred
- Knowledge of jurisdictional regulatory and statutory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in claim adjudication and medical management
