Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Admin to provide administrative support for processing pet insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter or import documents and policy information into the policy management system for processing
  • Analyze and handle claims according to the situation using the policy management system
  • Assist Claims Processors in Wellness claims and provide other administrative support as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Kofax/Data Entry and/or office/administrative support
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the veterinary field
  • Strong computer skills
  • Administrative experience within the veterinary industry is preferred
