Job Summary

Handling title insurance and related claims, the full-time Claims Administrator will provide administrative support, manage claims resolution processes, and negotiate with various parties in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and resolutions
  • Negotiate with claimants and third parties, and manage litigation to final resolution
  • Maintain documentation of claims activity and handle recovery files from inception to completion
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry or as a Title Examiner/Closer
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
