Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Advocate to serve as a liaison for claim matters related to captive insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of captive insurance accounts and oversee all claim-related processes
  • Provide oversight and support to Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for effective claims management
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance claim handling services
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of insurance and captive insurance is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of liability experience
  • Strong desire to learn and display confidence in resolving matters
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
