- Provide coverage and wording advice to clients and brokers
- Timely report new claims and proactively identify potential coverage issues
- Advocate on clients' behalf during coverage disputes and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; paralegal certification is beneficial
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience required
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to engage with clients and present confidently
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications
