  • Provide coverage and wording advice to clients and brokers
  • Timely report new claims and proactively identify potential coverage issues
  • Advocate on clients' behalf during coverage disputes and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; paralegal certification is beneficial
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience required
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to engage with clients and present confidently
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications
