Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst to join a case team and support management in delivering superior client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full case load, proactively identifying issues and collaborating with leadership for mitigation
  • Ensure project requirements and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards and budget compliance
  • Handle escalated claim inquiries and communicate findings effectively with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct client/customer contact experience
  • Experience in the legal field or service industry preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Understanding of data sets and data management concepts preferred
