Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and resolve insurance claims for accurate and timely reimbursement
• Identify trends in denials and collaborate with billing, collections, and appeals teams to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Maintain detailed documentation and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• In-depth knowledge of MCG, Interqual, and ASAM Criteria
• Experience in Behavioral Health, IOP/PHP, and Chemical Dependency
• Familiarity with systems such as Meditech, Medik, OnBase, and Cerner
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and insurance reimbursement is helpful
