Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Analyst II to support their growing Claims department.

Key Responsibilities

Identify operational reporting opportunities and develop data dashboards for the Claims department
Analyze Claims data to provide actionable insights and maintain data pipelines for reporting needs
Mentor other analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
1+ years of experience in Property Insurance or Claims
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL programming
Understanding of database structure and ETL processes
